It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Seim of Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Seim and Clara Seim (Simonson); his wife Esther Hartbeck; his son Matthew; his grandson Derick Seim; and his sisters, Verna Montikas and Caroline Stuczynski.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Keller (Ron), Doug Seim, Tim Seim (Jan), Mindy Hutcheson (Jamey) and Janelle Whaley (John); his sister Marge Losee; and his sisters-in-law, Miriam Fritzemeier, Lucille Jurgemeyer and Marjorie Jurgemeyer.
Memorials may be directed to the Iowa River Hospice as they made his last journey filled with comfort and peace.
