He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Sanders and Hazel Sanders (Veley); his siblings, Margaret, Ed and Ralph; and his grandson Ben.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Trimble; his sons, Steve (Kate), Mike (Sheryl) and Jeff (Donna); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Winston, Cori, Jesse, Molly and Colin; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by 8 great grandsons and 1 great granddaughter.
