She is survived by: her parents, TJ Hoffman and Megan Hoffman (Summers); her grandparents, Deb Fordyce (Phil), Mike Summers and Karla Hoffman; and her aunts and uncles, Colby Hoffman (Daisy), Jessye Brink (Jim), Shawna Hoffman, BJ Summers and Denny Summers (Marisa).
