He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Bumgarner of Solon, Iowa and Christie Hook of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his girlfriend Morgan Vest of Marion; his children, Sophie Bumgarner and Jordy Bumgarner; his siblings, Destini Hoth (Wade Leslie) of Marion, Jenelle Jensen (Mike) of Des Moines, Iowa and Austin Bumgarner (Amy) of Cedar Rapids; his grandmother Betty Bumgarner of Central City, Iowa; his nieces and nephews, Madison Hoth, Alexa Hoth, Tinsley Leslie, Gannon Leslie, Hunter Bumgarner, Emmett Jensen and Aria; and his pets, Sprinkles and Mamba. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
