He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Paper and Janet Graham; and his brother Donnie Neagle. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Graham of Marion; his children, Eric Graham of Marion and Brandy Johnson (Mike Lavenz) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Ashden Graham, TJ Hildenbrand, Katie Hildenbrand and Landen Lavenz; his great grandchildren, Travis Hildenbrand and Lorene Rutan; and his siblings, Jim Neagle (Deb), Amy Neagle and Jan Marie Neagle-Ritner (TJ).
