Ross Clark River Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2021, at the age of 92, Ross Clark River of Maquoketa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy River and Lois River (Marshall); his wife Vivian River (Mukin); his daughters, Jean River and Kay River; his siblings, Dale River and Ruth Robinson; and his brothers-in-law, Roland Robinson and Forrest Cook.

He is survived by: his children, Sue River, Bruce River (Chris) and Dave River (Paula); his grandchildren, Peyton River, Carter River, Ben Buchner, Amanda Fleck (Tyler), Ashley River and Robert River; his great grandchild Hallie Harrison; his sister Donna Cook; and his sister-in-law Dora River. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Maquoketa First United Methodist Church or the Maquoketa FFA.
