He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett LaFayette and Ella LaFayette (McCloy). He is survived by: his close friends, Steve, Julie Kinrade, Zachary, Lizzie Kinrade, Hannah Kinrade, Isaac, Norah Kinrade, Sarah Kinrade, Abraham Kinrade, Bruce, Judy Kinrade, Carmen, Mike Kleinsmith, Chris Kinrade, Charlie, Debbie Scott, John Neal and Hailey Scott.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Camp Courageous in his honor.
