He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Viola Lydia Kramer (Broadstron); his sister Virginia Lamp; and his son-in-law Donald Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Johnson; and his children, Marlyn Kramer Jr. (Penny), William Kramer (Julie) of Monmouth, IA, Jeff Kramer (Sally) and Robin Anderson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
