He is survived by: his wife Lois Beach of Maquoketa, IA; his friend Euchre; his sons, Randy Westphal (Deb) of Clinton, IA, Phil Westphal (Robin) of Maquoketa, IA and Todd Westphal (Jennifer) of Maquoketa, IA; and his siblings, Marcella Burmahl of Maquoketa, IA, Janet Schmidt of Maquoketa, IA and Charles Westphal (Shirley) of Maquoketa, IA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.
