He is survived by: his mother Stacy Lynn Eby Jr. (Carr) of Maquoketa, IA; his children, Keelynn Eby of Maquoketa, IA, Jaxon Eby of Maquoketa, IA and Maverik Eby of Maquoketa, IA; his girlfriend Morgan Simmons; his brother Tyson Eby (Kelly Allin) of Denver, CO; and his grandmother Linda Eby of Wyoming, IA.
