She is survived by: her husband Paul Ruggeberg of Maquoketa, IA; her sons, Michael "Mike" Ruggeberg (Kim) of Peosta, IA and James "Jim" Ruggeberg (Selena) of Grand Mound, IA; her grandchildren, Brett (Kaitlyn), Abbie, Luke, Remi and Landre; her brother Richard "Rick" Small (Tammie) of Bernard, IA; and her sister-in-law Carol Small of Bernard, IA..
