With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Berna L. Sagers of Maquoketa, Iowa, who passed away on July 25, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie McCarty and Bernice McCarty (Kiester); her husband Carlyle "Gabby" Clark (Ernie); her former spouse Ernie Scheeder; her daughter Mary; her son-in-law Richard Schulz; her siblings, Marvin McCarty and Donna Arterberry; and her grandson Joshua Schulz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Waugh (Dennis) of Dubuque, IA and Sue Weirup (Randy) of Maquoketa, IA.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Jackson County.
