He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Lizzie Clulow Clark; his wife Maxine; and his siblings, Donald "Pete" Clark, Dorothy Kalstrup, Francis Walters, Naomi McGee, Chuck Clark, June Clark and Joseph Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Clark (Karen) of Logan, Rochelle Epperson (Tim) of Colorado Springs, CO and Jackie Jacobsen (Monte) of Missouri Valley; and his siblings, Verne Clark of Wichita, KS and Marjorie Dyas of Blair, NE. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
