She is survived by: her child Melissa Ansley Brooks (Justin); her grandson Sawyer Haynes of Richmond; her mother Phyllis Ebert of Vinton; her sibling Kevin Ebert (Kathy) of Cedar Rapids; her husband Mark Davison of Liberty Center; her friends, Lois Dixon, Noelle Burgett of Chariton and Mary Wilson of Florida; and also, Brian Davison (Amanda) of Liberty Center and Amber McDonald (Terry) of Indianola.

Memorial donations may be made in Kay's name to Legacy Lodge Hospice House in Chariton.
