He is survived by: his parents, Fuhrman Parks and Lois Parks (Hartwell); his children, Shannon Parks (Darcy) of Marshalltown and Heather Oelklaus (Jeff) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Lori Wilson (Nick) of Marshalltown, Harold and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
