He is survived by: his children, Doug and Harold; his stepchildren, Rick, Sherry and Connie; his wife Norma Lea Downs; his children, Patricia Dolezal (Tim), David Downs (Karman), Diane Plunkett (Jeff) and Sherry Roseburrough; his grandchildren, April Myers (Wes), Lyndsey Jansen (Nick), Taryn Plunkett, James Downs (Sarah), Chenia Harriman (Nick), Ryan Gooding, Amber Yanqui, BreAnna Dolezal and Logan Dolezal; his great grandchildren, Jett, Jovi, Emeline, Laurel, Aubryanna, Tayviun, Sahara, Frederick, Isabell, Nichole, Norma, Vinci and Avery; and his brother Donald Downs.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Downs' Family.
