He was predeceased by: his father Robert Allen, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Allen, Jr. (Moad) of Lake City; his sisters, Pam Stone (Craig) of Lake City, Linda Coon of Lake City and Angie Brabec (Pat) of Newell; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Petzenhauser (Kory) of Spencer, Laura Coon (John) of Johnston, Tyler Reiter (Leslee) of Hornick, Justin Reiter (Hali) of Rock Rapids, Brooke Kent (Jeremie) of Lake City, Jennifer Coon of Somers, Bryan, Kailee and Mareni Brabec of Newell. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
