It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Stone of Lake City, Iowa, born in Manchester, North West, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wittmer and Mary Wittmer (Caffrey); and her brother Robert Wittmer. She is survived by: her former husband Jim Stone; her children, Susan and Mike Stone (Shelly); her sister Susan Stone of Louisville, KY; her grandson Logan Stone (Samantha); her children, Huxleigh, Aiden, Aspen Stone (Kyle), Greeley, Boulder, Kyla, Garrett Bottorff (Jenny), Sabrina Stone, Brendan and Terance; her sister-in-law Kathy Wittmer; her nieces, Amy and Christine; and her friend Peggy Taylor Hemness.
