It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Myers (Lake City, Iowa), born in Sac City, Iowa, who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Edward" and Eunice Myers (Courter); and his sister Delores Ekstrom. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Thompson of Lake City; his children, Michael of Hesston, KS and Melissa Dieckmann (Paul) of Peculiar, MO; his grandchildren, Gabe, Caleb and Rebekah Dieckmann; and his siblings, Phyllis Liston (Frank) of Granger, Karen Kessler (Ralph) of St. Francis, WI and Jack Myers (Karen) of Carlisle.
