She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stevenson and Francis Stevenson; her siblings, Elvin, Dale Laumbach and Freida Stevenson; her son Ricky; her granddaughters, Amy and Ashley; and her husband Harold Astleford.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Otto (Stretch) of Lake City, Ed Astleford (Carma) of Glidden, Becky Ahrens (Bill) of Lake City, Cindy Gantz (Chris) of Sharon, OK, Chris Moulds (Mike) of Corydon, Kim Johnson (Gerd) of Carroll and Pat Bushman (Mark) of Lake City. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
