She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schwartz and Rose Schwartz (Gallagher); her husband Don Bernholtz; her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Casey; her brother Bob Schwartz; and her siblings-in-law, Marge Schwartz, Esther Galbraith, Doris Determan and Duane Bernholtz.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Reiling (Daryl) of Carroll, Tom Bernholtz (Darel) of Denison, Ann Wenck (Jeff) of Lidderdale and Kris Bender (Scott) of Spencer; and her sister-in-law Mary Heuton (Darrell). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
