He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herman, Johanna Frank, Ted Eddy and Imogene Eddy-Perry; and his uncles, Eldon, Arland and Dennis Frank.
He is survived by: his uncle Kevin; his parents, Elgene Frank and Linda Frank; his sibling Brian Frank (Laura); his children, Noah, Kaden, Johnathon, Alexis Frank, Mariah Gordon and Kimberly Walls (Kevin); and his aunts, Julie Irving (Jerry), Nancy Lebischak (Bob), Marcile Pendleton (Brian), Dorothy Frank and Beth Freeman-Frank. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
