He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Marie Clarke, Sr. (Webb) and Irl Clarke; his daughters, Linda Marie Clarke and Karen Rae Perkey; his siblings, Betty Clark, Thomas Clarke (Donna) and Irl Clarke, Jr.; his grandson Dominique Ennis; and his sister-in-law Donna Dyer.

He is survived by: his former wife Lola Marie Davis; his wife Glenna Clarke; his daughters, Rebecca Case (Kenneth Lance), Kathy Clarke and Dianne Ennis (Rick); his stepsons, Frank Haug, Andy Haug and Doug Haug; his grandchildren, Chris Case, Billie Jo Tucker, Dakota Ennis (Kasie), Chance Ennis, Destany Ennis, Zachary Ennis and Miles Ennis; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Clark, Ronald Davis, Graham Fee, Ralph Dyer, Ruth Bish and Esther Clarke. He is also survived by six greatgrandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
