Tommy Lewis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2021, at the age of 22, Tommy Lewis (Knoxville, Iowa), born in Chariton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Addysyn; his parents, Carrie (Jason Kochenderfer) of Monroe and Chuck Lewis (Mechell) of Knoxville, Iowa; his siblings, Christiana Lewis, Destiny Lewis, Tamika Jenkins, Michael Bruce, Keyonna Holland, Tyson Lewis, Colton Lewis and Gracie Lewis; his grandparents, Dorothy Schumann, Michael and Carole Bruce; and his great-grandparent Myrtle Briner. He is also survived by seven siblings.

The family requests no flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Tommy Keith Lewis Memorial Fund for future designation.
