She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Agan and Fern E. Agan (King); her husband Fred Clark; and her siblings, Duane (Dolores Agan), Leta (Bob), Geraldine (Claude Heck, Jr.), Dean Jr. (Forest W) and Bill (Mildred Clark).

She is survived by: her son Scott Dee; her grandchildren, Cari Hannon (Mike) of Johnston, Tom (Sarah) of Urbandale, Lindsey Mulnix (Mark) of Washburn and Brianne Thompson (Matt) of Centerville; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Cole Hannon, Andrew, Nora Clark, Liviya, Caleb Mulnix, Abel and Graham Thompson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
