He was predeceased by: his parents, Corwin Sage and Margaret Sage (Clark); his siblings, Patricia Sage and Dennis Sage (Cheryl); his great-niece Aleeyah Carter; and his great-nephew Brennon Vest.
He is survived by: his pets, Beuford, Maggie, Ottis and Cowboy; his daughter Taylor Sage of Colfax; the mother of his child Linda Baetsle; his siblings, Charles (Patricia Sage), Marilyn (Randy DesCamps), Mike (Gloria Sage), Dick (Angie Sage), Barb (Dwight Kennedy), Steve (Summer Sage), Linda (Jeff Carter) and Dean Sage of Newton, Kansas.; his close friend Claudia Kessler of Colfax, Iowa; and also Doyle Wookey. He is also survived by friends.
Memorial contributions may be given for the Columbia Fire & Rescue in Columbia, Iowa or to Taylor Sage or Barb Kennedy for the Interstates Rodeo Association.
