She is survived by: her son Roger Carter (Dorothy) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Brad Carter (Linda), Lisa Carter, Wade Carter and Jodi Counts (Chris); and her siblings, Helen Couchman and Lee Mitchell. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
