He is survived by: his wife Sheila of Jesup, IA; his son Kevin (Laurie) of Marblehead, MA; his grandsons, Griffen and Grey; his siblings, Virgil Collins of Independence, IA, Clark (Margaret) of Guttenburg, IA and Connie Ott (Les) of Jesup, IA; his sister-in-law Kay Collins of Eaton, CO; and his close friend Bob of Littleton, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
