She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dalton "C. D." McAtee and Gladys Olivia McAtee (Thompson); her husband Bill; her siblings, Harry, Roy McAtee, Fern Fenner, Ardis Hickey, Hazel Eldridge and Darlene Ciesielski; her siblings-in-law, Glen Fenner, John Eldridge, William Fuller, Richard Masteller, Robert Rose, Mildred Masteller and Shirley Perkins; her son-in-law Lee Durnil; and her great grandchild Jai Elizabeth Reed.

She is survived by: her children, Dean (Roxanne) of Jesup, Clark (Patty) of Jesup, Grant (Kathy) of Jesup, Denise Reed (Randall) of Independence, Rhonda Durnil of Jesup, Billie Jean Winters (Chris) of Fayette, IA, Pamela Frommelt (William) of Earlham, IA and Lisa Secor (Anthony) of Jesup; her siblings, Dallas McAtee (Tiny) of Perry, IA and Marlys Fuller of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her siblings-in-law, William Hickey of Independence, David Ciesielski of Independence, Sharon McAtee of Jesup, Peggy McAtee of Riverside, IA and Elsie Rose. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren.

Memorials will be directed to the First United Methodist Church and the Jesup Public Library.
