He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Paul Arthur Nagel; his former wife Angela Kay Hilgerson; his children, Jessica Nagel of Jesup and Andrew Nagel of West Union, IA; his mother Marlys Nagel of Jesup; his siblings, Terry Nagel (Colleen) of Jesup, Chris Nagel (Barbara) of Grinnell, IA, Cindy Schmit of Jesup and Ann Becker (Greg) of Jesup; and his brother-in-law Earl Schmit.
