We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2019, at the age of 80, Vada Packer (Independence, Iowa), born in Lake City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Mills and Velma E. Mills (Fonken); her son-in-law Steve Ball; her granddaughter Jill Wilwert; and her brothers, Jim and Jerry Mills.
She is survived by: her husband Paul H. Packer; her children, Perry Kimberlin (Debi) of Simi Valley, CA and Coleen Ball; her grandchildren, Jacob Wilwert (Nora) of Bossier City, LA, Luke Wilwert (Erin) and Lee Wilwert; and her sisters-in-law, Beth Brethorset (Larry) and Mary Breen. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
