We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2019, at the age of 64, Robert Bergman (Independence, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin M. Bergman and Alice C. Bergman (Johnson); and his close friends, LeRoy "Stoney" Stone and Rick Casillas. He is survived by: his former wife Helen M. Shriver; his daughters, Melanie Bergman (Shain Stone) of Independence, IA and Melissa Grimm; his grandchildren, Keely, Teegan Cross, Austin and Allyson Grimm; and his siblings, Marg Hall (Bill), Judy Jacobsen (Chris) and Roy Bergman (Jean) of Littleton, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
