She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenn S. Hayward and Margaret Inez Hayward (Ocker); and her brothers, Dale "Shorty" Hayward and James Hayward. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Fuller of Independence and Lenna Sue Thompson (Mark) of Delhi; and her brother Marvin Hayward (Jo) of Independence. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
