She is survived by: her children, Richard Karsten of Independence, IA., Elizabeth Karsten of Independence, IA. and Kathryn Hund (Thomas) of Independence, IA.; her granddaughters, Victoria Karsten, Mia and Eva Hund; and her great grandchild Dayton Thomas Sebetka.
