He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cecil Turner and Pearl Iona Turner (Holman); his daughter Theresa Ann Turner; and his sister Marilyn Bower. He is survived by: his wife Nila Turner of Independence, IA; his sons, Rick Turner (Kris) of Asbury, IA, Rob Turner (Jan) of Independence, IA and Randy Turner of Manchester, IA; his grandchildren, Adam Turner, Ryan Turner, Janson Turner, Cole Turner and Taylor Turner; his great grandchildren, Graeme Turner and Grant Turner; and his siblings, Robert Turner (Marilyn) of Casa Grande, AZ and Patricia Cornwell of Tomah, WI..

Memorials will be directed to St. John's Catholic Church and the Cedar Valley Honor Flight.
