It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leo D. Kress (Independence, Iowa), who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Albert and Grace Pearl Kress (Hand); his grandson Gordon Bergeson; and his brothers, Keith Kress and LeRoy Kress.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Sally Manson of Quasqueton, Gloria Bockman (Leon) of Decorah, Cyndi Bergeson (Rick) of Independence and Duane Kress (Lori Cleveland) of Independence; and his sister-in-law Maye Kress of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren.
