He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Bowser of Wisconsin and Veronica Hooks (Robert) of Wisconsin; his siblings, John Falk (Donna) of Cedar Falls, Joan Massmann of Colorado and Marlys Kehoe of Dallas; and his close friend Janet Shonka of Independence. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
