It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry L. Rasmussen of Independence, Iowa, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Clarence and Wylmarie Ardel Rasmussen (Crawford); and his son James Rasmussen. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Sherrets (Rick) of Independence and Diane Curry (Diane White) of Independence; his daughter-in-law Christine Rasmussen of Hazleton; and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
