She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Aliano and Opal Bwalwan (Underwood); her stepfather Phil Bwalwan; her husband Harold Esch; her children, Debbie Curry and Scott Esch; her son-in-law Dennis Henderson; her granddaughter Lisa Henderson; and her siblings, Bill Bwalwan and Frances Meeks.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Esch (Patty) of Independence, IA, Brad Esch (Laurie), Roxann Henderson of Davidson, NC, Kathy Holt (Doug) and Jenny Reuther; her son-in-law Donald Curry of Independence, IA.; and her sister Barbara Fortney. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren.
