He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cusick and Pauline Postel Cusick; his wife Marlene Copeland; his daughter Debra Sue; and his sister Brenda.
He is survived by: his sons, Jim Cusick (Kim) of Quasqueton, IA, Jeff Cusick of Independence and Brad Cusick (Lee Ann) of Winthrop; his grandchildren, Cassie Cusick (Dave Medhaug), Jordan Cusick (Katelyn) and Ross Cusick; and his brother Milt Cusick of Fort Myers.
The family requests that memorials be given to Cedar Valley Hospice in remembrance of Jim.
