He is survived by: his former wife Mary Briggs; his wife Vicky Fuller Hirsch of Aurora; his children, Megan Pike (Amanda) of Creston, IA, Emily Rusthoven of Washington, IA, Cate Weiss (Mark) of Grundy Center, IA, Matt Hirsch of Sumner, IA, Corinne Schares (Jake) of Oelwein, IA and Luke Hirsch (Ashley) of Dunkerton, IA; his grandchildren, Allison Ehlts, Andrew Albin, Jessica, Cloe, Colton Hirsch, Alec, Tylen Hirsch, Delaney, Ella, Nora Schares and Maren Hirsch; his siblings, Beverly Whitney (Wayne), Robert (Tracey) and Tom Rusthoven; his mother-in-law Ilse Fuller; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry (Linda), Ricky Fuller and Diana Fuller.
