He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his stepchildren, Nancy Klever (Jim) of Independence, Julie Lotz (Rick) of Independence and Mark Main (Linda) of Grand Junction; and his sisters, Elizabeth Pitzer of Pewaukee and Una Mae Hull of Wisconsin. He is also survived by 4 step grandchildren and 10 step great grandchildren.
