It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll McTaggart (Independence, Iowa), who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carroll McTaggart to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McTaggart and Josie McTaggart (Rothmeyer); and his brothers, Edwin and James. He is survived by: his wife Jacquie; his sons, Mark of Fremont, NE and Sean (Linda) of Ankeny, IA; and his former wife Jacquelyn K. Bowers. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and ten close-to-the-heart nieces and nephews.
