He was predeceased by: his parents, George Conklin and Alta Conklin (Deke); and his brother Charles Conklin. He is survived by: his wife Marian Alice Jackson; his children, Julie Rokes (Mike) of Dike, Gwen Paulsen (Dean) of Waverly, Kirk Conklin (Luann) of Strawberry Point, Craig Conklin (Deb) of Aiken and Chris Morine (Steve) of Reinbeck; his grandchildren, Jenny Connolly (Scott), Matthew Rokes (Jenna), Ali Collins (Jake), Brad Conklin (Lauren), Christie Bilharz (Cody) and Michaela Conklin (Ryan Lansing); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Ryder, Parker, Bennett Connolly, Camden, Emerson Rokes, Asher Conklin and Cruz Collins. He is also survived by five children, six grandchildren and eight great-grandsons.
