He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry L.; and his wife Terri Pankey. He is survived by: his mother Donna K. Stevens Sr. (Kersten) of Licking, MO; his children, Shannon McGarrin of Salem Oregon and Joshua Pankey of Salem, Oregon; his siblings, Tim Stevens (Valerie) of DuPont, WA and Crystal Rindels (Doug) of Waterloo; his sisters-in-law, Sherri Leach (Gary) of Waterloo and Debbie Jelinek of Waterloo; and his aunt Nancy Huber (Jim).
