She is survived by: her parents, Rod D. Fletchall and Marilyn J. Fletchall (Hemmingson) of Independence, IA; her daughter Hayden Banowetz; her fiancé John Thoreson of Cedar Rapids, IA; her sisters, Lisa Mahoney (Nick) of Marion, IA and Tracy Neurohr (Brian) of Ankeny, IA; her grandmother Mary Hemmingson of Madison, SD.; and also Matt Banowetz. She is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, three aunts, three uncles.
