He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Kinney (Mike); his grandchildren, Emma, Wyatt and Molli; his son Brandon Burk (Brittany); his grandchildren, Jack and Brooke; and his siblings, John Burk (Linda), Janene Goodenow (Grant) and Chad Burk (Jess). He is also survived by extended family.
