He is survived by: his children, Tami Scholten (Glen) of Hull, IA, Bobbi Massmann (Kevin) of Paullina, IA, Kurt Campbell of Ida Grove, IA, Kristopher Campbell of Sioux City, IA and Stephen Campbell (Julie) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his sons-in-law, Corey Hurtig of Paullina, IA and Larry Johnk of Ida Grove, IA. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
