He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Horstman and Lorraine Horstman; his nephew Kory Uhl; his niece Michelle Lara; and his brother-in-law Richard Uhl.
He is survived by: his former wife Lorna Maguire; his wife Kelley Horstman of Ida Grove, IA; his children, Regina Mosley (Robert) of Omaha, NE, Nathan, Jessica Reinard (Justin) of Omaha, NE, Holly Paulsen (Brent) of Slater, IA, Jonathan Cotton and Megan Dudley (Jason) of Misawa, Japan; his grandchildren, Clara, Ethan Mosley, Sophia, Olivia Paulsen, Milo Cotton, Alex, Savien, Lily and Miles Dudley; and his siblings, Sharon Sanford of Sioux City, IA, Theresa Uhl of Sioux City, IA, Myrna Uhl (Bob) of Battle Creek, IA, Marty Horstman (Ann) of Battle Creek, IA, Connie Horn (Greg) of Fort Dodge, IA and Sheila Ipsen (Ed) of Branson, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Horstman Family towards a memorial bench located at Crawford Creek.
