She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Stokebrand and Frieda Stokebrand (Bergmeier); her husband Richard Hagemeier; her siblings, Darlene Pohlman and Wallace Stokebrand; and her sisters-in-law, Donna and Virginia Stokebrand.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa, Jami and Rick; her daughter-in-law Kristina; her grandchildren, Annika, Nathan and Kristian; her brother Norman Stokebrand; and her pets, Ellie and Dexter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phyllis' memory to the Ida Grove Volunteer Ambulance Service, 701 E. 2nd Street, Ida Grove, IA 51445.
